Halloween 2011

I dont believe in wasting whole money for costumes that my daughter is only gonna wear for 1 day. i am all about DIY costumes. For halloween this yr my daughter wanted to be a kitty. What i did was let her her a black body suit, a ballerina skirt, and a pair of black leggings (all items she happened to have in her closet) The only item i had to purchase was a pair of kitten ears which was 50 cent, and a kitty tail which was $3.99 at a costume store down the street from my house. I drew some whiskers and a nose using some mascara and BAM....a cute lil kitty that everyone loved. Originally the body suit costed $2.99  which i bought because it was getting cold, the ballerina skirt was $3.99 and the leggings were 99cents....my total for the costume was $12.46.  Her outfit is an outfit she can continue to wear throughout the yr. In this tough economy you have to look for bargains where you can and utilize the options that are out there. Dont be afraid to utilize your local Goodwill and thrift shops. Save a bundle while still looking good and fabolou

Introduction

I created this blog for Diva Moms all over the world.  I am a mom of a 3 year old DIVA! In every sense of the word. She loves everything girly and isnt afraid to voice her opinion about anything.  I just like some moms are always researching things for my lil diva like, hair care tips, skin care tips, sales on clothing and everything that will make my life a little easier.  The world wide web is my #1 tool for any dilemma or question I have.  I love sharing tips and info about anything and everything. I hope you find this blog helpful.  I look forward to sharing my tips with other moms and look forward to learning new tips.
